1) English

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using ChasKick (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

ChasKick provides football video analysis tools. We may update or change features at any time.

3. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. User Content

Videos you create remain yours. You grant us a non‑exclusive license to process content solely to operate and improve the App. You must have all rights to any content you upload or share.

5. Purchases

Currently the App is free with no in‑app purchases. Future paid features may be introduced; any changes will be communicated with updated Terms.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. By using the App you consent to that Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe others’ rights. You will comply with applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all related IP belong to Furbol. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of analytics or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furbol will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where consumer protection law applies, otherwise by the laws of Argentina.

2) Español (Argentina)

1. Aceptación

Al descargar o usar ChasKick (la “App”), aceptás estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App.

2. La App

ChasKick ofrece herramientas de análisis de video de fútbol. Podemos actualizar o cambiar funciones en cualquier momento.

3. Cuentas

Algunas funciones pueden requerir cuenta. Sos responsable de proteger tus credenciales y la actividad realizada desde tu cuenta.

4. Contenido del usuario

Los videos que creás son tuyos. Nos otorgás una licencia no exclusiva para procesar el contenido únicamente para operar y mejorar la App. Debés tener todos los derechos sobre el contenido que subas o compartas.

5. Compras

Actualmente la App es gratuita sin compras integradas. En el futuro podrían incorporarse funciones pagas; cualquier cambio será comunicado con Términos actualizados.

6. Privacidad

Nuestra Política de Privacidad explica cómo tratamos los datos. Al usar la App consentís dicha Política.

7. Uso aceptable

No hagas uso indebido de la App, no intentes accesos no autorizados ni infrinjas derechos de terceros. Cumplí con las leyes aplicables.

8. Propiedad intelectual

La App y la propiedad intelectual asociada pertenecen a Furbol. Salvo lo expresamente permitido, no podés copiar, modificar, descompilar ni distribuir la App.

9. Descargos

La App se brinda “tal cual” sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos la exactitud de los análisis ni la idoneidad para un fin particular.

10. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, Furbol no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes, ni por pérdida de datos o ganancias.

11. Terminación

Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso si incumplís estos Términos. Podés dejar de usar la App en cualquier momento.

12. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos Términos. El uso continuado después de los cambios implica aceptación.

13. Ley aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de tu país de residencia donde apliquen normas de protección al consumidor; en su defecto, por las leyes de Argentina.
